Secure ECE

Our Secure Program is back! If you are an early childhood worker, and meet the following eligibility, you may enroll in Secure ECE.

 

Requirements

 

1. Apply

  • Attend an orientation
  • Open a savings account with one of our partner credit unions
  • Submit application and proof of income online

2.Enroll

  • Open bank account
  • Deposit first $35
  • Provide proof to secure coordinator

3.Complete Requirements

  • Make 6 savings deposits
  • Take a Money Foundations
  • Participate in another workshop of your choice
  • Complete a financial counseling session

4.Exit Program & Receive Your Match

  • Submit your exit survey after you complete all program requirements
  • Your match will be processed when we verify you have completed all programs

 

Elgibility

  • Must be a childcare worker in Buncombe County
  • Income Limit 80% AMI
  • Be the first and only member of you household to participate in the Secure program.
