Finnegan Leclair

Bilingual Traveling Financial & Housing Educator

Finnegan joined OnTrack in February of 2026 after spending years serving diverse communities by volunteering with multiple non-profit initiatives based in WNC, including mentoring Latinx students at MANOS (UNETE), community outreach and teaching ESL with Bounty & Soul Latino, and co-direction and counseling of gender-minority youth at the summer camp Fierce Flix. They are also proud to have served WNC in the direct aftermath of Helene with World Central Kitchen as a Community Outreach Scout.

At OnTrack, their skills in bilingual and multicultural education, teaching language, culture, and multi-media, and traveling to serve local and international communities have led them into the new role of Traveling Bilingual Financial and Housing Educator, serving the 18 Western Carolina Counties with OnTracks financial education workshops.

Originally from New Orleans, Finn can be found cooking food for their friends, making and watching films, on mountains and in the water, and learning through travel. They also have affinities for all forms of creative writing, music, astrology, and tarot.
