Forest Britt

Financial & Housing Counselor

Forest Britt joined OnTrack in 2025 bringing with him a Master of Science in Adolescent Special Education from Pace University. A graduate of the New York City Teaching Fellows program, he taught middle and high school math and special education in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, developing a deep commitment to accessible, student-centered learning.

Now based in Asheville, Forest channels that same energy into financial education. A self-proclaimed math nerd, he loves breaking down financial concepts into clear, practical guidance that empower community members to make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of the work, Forest is a musician and producer, collaborating with artists to record their music projects. He is also an avid adventurer who enjoys biking, hiking, and climbing. Alongside his spouse, Lu, he is a champion of LGBTQ+ advocacy. They live together with their two silly, too-smart-for-their-own-good dogs, Rosie and Arrow.
