Rosanna Fox Mulcahy
Executive Director
Rosanna Fox Mulcahy brings over 20 years of experience in financial empowerment, inclusive economic development, and organizational leadership to her role as Executive Director of OnTrack WNC. A passionate advocate for economic justice, Rosanna is committed to expanding access to financial education, housing stability, and long-term financial wellbeing for individuals and families across Western North Carolina.
Her leadership is deeply informed by both professional expertise and lived experience. “I know firsthand how financial struggles can affect every part of life — our stability, dignity, and hope,” she shares. “That’s why I’m deeply committed to OnTrack’s mission. I look forward to working with staff and community partners to expand access to financial empowerment so everyone in our community cannot just get by, but truly thrive.”
Prior to joining OnTrack WNC, Rosanna held key roles with the National League of Cities, City of Asheville, Mountain BizWorks, Carolina Small Business Fund, and Buncombe County. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Montreat College. Rosanna lives in Weaverville with her family and their three wonderful dogs. She enjoys reading and exploring the outdoors.
