We are thrilled to report that our amazing programs are getting national attention! Later this month, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Director, Kathy Kraninger, is planning a “tour” of Western NC/Eastern TN. Because of OnTrack WNC’s reputation as a model agency with impressive savings initiatives, she is including us in her visit!!!

Because the CFPB has launched a “Start Small, Save Up” savings focus, the Director is particularly interested in seeing how programs are working out in the real world.  She wants to talk about our savings programs, engage with a small group of OnTrack WNC staff, board members and clients to discuss challenges faced by people in our area – especially rural communities.
