Introducing Melinda Bullen, OnTrack WNC's New Executive Director
The OnTrack WNC Financial Education & Counseling Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Melinda Bullen will join the agency as Executive Director on August 1st, replacing Celeste Collins who will be retiring on August 14th.
 
Melinda’s career has been shaped around her passion for working alongside individuals both in Asheville and around the world.  Melinda sees OnTrack WNC’s work as an essential community resource. A career public servant, Melinda has served in roles at the Portland Water Bureau, Mt. Hood Community College, and UNC Asheville. Bullen holds an Executive Master of Public Administration from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Fine Art from UNC Asheville.
 
“Melinda was our top choice for the Executive Director position at OnTrack WNC,” said Dave Werle, Board President.  “Her commitment to community and her drive to see OnTrack WNC continue to thrive and expand are exactly what we were looking for during our search.  On behalf of the Board of Directors & Search Committee, we are thrilled to welcome her into our family at OnTrack WNC.  We look forward to introducing her to the community.”

As the new Executive Director, I am honored to join its highly engaged Board and expert staff in championing the next iteration of OnTrack's impactful work.  I can't wait to get started!”
