Foreclosure Prevention Counseling
Are you a homeowner and late on your mortgage payments or concerned about being able to afford your home in the near future? Our caring counselors will help you negotiate with your lender every step of the way. This service is also for those impacted by Hurricane Helene that are concerned about paying a mortgage in the aftermath of the disaster.
Are you interested in learning more about the homebuying process? Are you ready to buy a home in the next year or two? Our counselors demystify this complicated process while helping you prioritize your immediate next steps.
