Grants and Development Manager

Arielle is thrilled to join OnTrack as the Grants and Development Manager! After earning a B.A. in English from UNC-A in 2007, she pursued a career in real estate, helping first time homebuyers achieve their homeownership goals across WNC. Volunteering with the Land of the Sky Association of Realtor’s Affordable Housing Committee solidified her passion for local housing issues, which remains a primary interest. Most recently, Arielle spent seven years as a commercial appraiser, honing her technical writing skills while performing data research and analysis.

When not reading or writing, she’s likely wandering through the woods or tinkering with a new craft. Downtime spent with friends, family, or her husband and two cats is treasured!
