Operations Director

Since joining OnTrack WNC in 2006, Jonathan has served many roles: Volunteer Tax Project Coordinator, Financial Educator, Housing Counselor, and Homebuyer Program Director. He became the Operations Director in March 2021 to ensure that OnTrack WNC continually evolves to meet the growing needs of our agency. Jonathan’s interest in financial coaching, behavioral economics, and human-centered design informs his approach.
