We offer four types of counseling:
General Financial Counseling Do you want help making a budget, paying down debt, or charting a path to meet your financial goals? Our counselors will help you craft a personalized plan. This service is also for those impacted by Hurricane Helene who rent or own a home but don't have a mortgage.
Credit Builder Counseling Do you need help building, improving, or repairing your credit? There's a lot of misinformation about credit repair out there. Our counselors strategize with you to improve your scores using financial best practices.
Homebuyer Counseling Interested in learning more about the homebuying process? Ready to buy a home in the next year or two? Our counselors demystify the complicated process while helping you prioritize your immediate next steps.
- Your lender may require both counseling and education certificates for your mortgage. We offer an on-line and in-person option for your required homebuyer education.
Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Are you a homeowner and late on your mortgage payments or concerned about being able to afford your home in the near future? Our caring counselors will help you negotiate with your lender every step of the way. This service is also for those impacted by Hurricane Helene that are concerned about paying a mortgage in the aftermath of the disaster.
